It's time for more of these parts. I'm looking for a fast turn around on this job. 1-2 weeks would be best. If anyone has available time to do these now, please give me a quote, thanks.

2 parts: left and right bulkheads
Material: Aluminum 6061
1/4" Aluminum sheet is required (not provided)
Quantity: 100 each part
Time frame: 2 weeks or less
Holes drilled and tapped for 4-40 threads
Tolerance: +- .005"
USA companies only please.

We've designed this in SolidWorks those files and can provide more dimensioned .pdf's if needed

is endmill finish exceptable, everywhere.
what are the tolerences.

Yes, endmill finish is fine. As stated in the first post, Tolerance: +- .005"
