What are your tolerances? Five place decimal seems excessive. Is this round or polygonal? Diagram makes angled transition look to have facets.

Ok so id is 2.343 +/- .005. Depth and angle of countersinks? Holes are 90 degrees apart. Tolerance on angles? Surface finish?

Hello. Yes Holes 90 degrees apart. Standard tolerances on everything .005. No finish necessary. As cheap as possible within reason.
