Our CNC turning capabilities range from3/16" diameter to 16" diameter and we are capable of handling work upto 40" in length between centers. Our large Lathes have 4-5/8" through holes, 10" and 12"chucks, and are equipped with programmable tail stocks. In addition, Twin Spindle turning machinesequipped with live tooling eliminates the need to handle the work pieces whileallowing us to perform several operations at once - this allows us to extend acost savings to you, our valued customer.
Our CNC Mill capabilities allow us to handleparts that fit within a 20" x 40" work cube. Machines are equipped with 50 Taper Toolholders and Automated Tool Changers, eliminating the timely cost of manual toolloading. We've added CMM inspectioncapabilities to enhance quality control and our machines are also equipped withRenishaw Probing Systems which allow us to affordably and accurately probe eachwork piece if necessary.
In addition, our quick response and turn-around times havemade us a perfect fit for emergency backup machining and production. You will also find that we are an ISO/QSOCompliant Company and can provide you with the latest documentation to meetyour quality requirements.
