We apply grit tungsten carbide (WC) to steel surfaces subjected to wear. We use a spray transfer (bonded) and stock many grit sizes. Grits range from 6 to 200.
Applications include ground engaging tools such as cutting edges, ripper and bucket teeth, loader edges and segments. Other industries we serve are rock crushing and recycling as well as blast hole and drilling equipment.
We have recently added CNC plasma and oxy/fuel capabilities for plate from gauge to 2.5".
Local delivery is available and freight shipping for areas out of Southern California.
