Small Job Quote Needed Simple steel turning

I want to adapt an accessory to my wood lathe banjo, and I would need a part as described:

Nominal 1'' diameter steel rod, 5'' long. Center drilled 5/8'' hole 2.5'' deep. Bottom of the hole can be rough/round.

Tolerances are not critical, although the OD should be less than 1.000 (~.995''). The 5/8 hole should be larger than .620''

Just the one part.

You would supply the material.
