i am pleased to present my quote for part A
with holes in the ring rather than the welded tabs

mat cost 45.00 each
saw time = 10 min
turn jaws = 30 min
holding the .750 + or - .01 = 15 min
set up mill = 30 min
drill and tap = 20 min
1 hour 45 min total shop time each= 78.75 +45.00 mat.cost= 123.75 each, times 20 pcs. is 2475.00 for 20 pcs. plus shipping.

Still not sure why anyone would post prices for everyone to see. Why not just send a pm or an email? Dualkit and others have posted time and time again NOT to show prices, but it still goes on.
