I'm currently machining the attached part out of .125 x .75 303 flat stock.
It looks like production is going to ramp up, so I need to see if there is a better way.
I'm not current on waterjetting / plasma / laser cutting, so I wanted to see what people would be willing to do this for, and what tolerances could be expected.
I have to do machining / fabrication after this stage (roundovers /drilling / depression milled out of the center / bending to final shape), so I need to know if it's even worth subbing out this part of it.
I've attached a jpg of the finished product so you can see what I end up with.
