I submitted this into the milling forum too, but we are also interested in getting molds for these made. This will be more cost effective in the long run.

I'd be glad to take a look at making a mold and molding it for you in my Ohio based shop. Can I get from you a step or iges file of the parts? Also can you give me an idea of the frequency and number of parts you anticipate to release for each order so I have an idea of the cavitation reqirements?
