Is it just me or is the .66 diameter hole non-existant? (1.8 dp but part is only 1.5 thick) I've never cut a thread that big in delrin.....I guess a threadmill would probably work.....what do you need parallel? The threads or minor diameter?

No that is a cad system rounding a 3 place decimal to a 2 place. Tap drill size for a 3/4-10 UNC thread is 21/32 which is .656 rounded by the software to .66in. That is a 3/4-10 UNC 2B thread. The extra depth is the engineer figuring break through for the drill bit angle for you with decimal rounding again.
