At Mechtronix we provide high precision machining, 3D CAD design, and electronics specialties. Our 3 axis CNC mill is capable of holding tolerances to within 0.0001” with a working envelope of 40x20x24.
Our CNC 2 axis lathe is also capable of holding tolerances to within 0.0001” with a working envelope of 7” diameter by 14” length depending on tooling required for operation.
We also specialize in 3D CAD design using Solidworks 2015: Premium. Our CAM software is capable of processing complex parts as well as 3D milling. Our services include prototyping, design consulting, small quantity production, assembly fabrication and electronics design along with custom printed circuit boards made in house. We will work with you to help you reach your goals. If it’s a custom part for your equipment that is no longer in production, custom made machinery, a one off part for your project, or just have an idea that you need help with and are looking to have a prototype made we are here to service you.
