Request For Quote- Low Quantity Possibly 4 Axis metric part.

I'm looking to have a part made in low quantities (1-5) that is fairly small and metric based. Material is Aluminum (any grade will do). It is possible I will need more similar parts made (aka same fixture types and similar tool paths, however dimensions will change). This specific part can be done mostly on a lathe with the last two features needing to be done on a mill. I have solidworks files, so I can provide any file format that can be derived from that. Looking to get these parts made in about a month. Raw finish. Part size is 56mm Dia, 50mm high.
