I'm looking to price out what it would cost me to get 200 "caps" made. They aren't offered in 300 series stainless, and I want to be able to polish them to a mirror finish. I am a fabricator in the automotive industry. This would likely be a one time thing, 200 is more than enough for a while I think.
Attached is the print. I'm looking for a nice uniform smooth fillet around the edge in 3/16" thick 300 series stainless. 303, 304, or 316 probably.
I have a strict budget in mind so let's see what you can do. The best quote I got so far is $1400 but that was in aluminum since they don't do stainless.
I am in Iowa and would want them shipped all at once. No strict deadline.
