Prototype Needed Is this part even possible?

There is a small slot in this part. Is it even possible? ThinBits long enough maybe? The slot is .035" and .150" deep (at it's deepest point).
If it's possible, please let me know and I'll send you some files and drawings. I'll need a handful of prototypes made then I'll go into production with them.

We can do this. How many do you need and when do you need them by? Also is there a solid model? Does the +/-.001 tolerance apply to all dims in the model or just the dimensioned features in the DWG?
