9. Remove burrs and break edges. Polishing would be nice.

Tried to find something similar online but no luck. Not sure if a custom made part will be cost effective but what the heck. First time with this, so bear with me. Thanks.

Not cost effective IMO.
You will definately get cheaper but I am $200 CDN each
