We machine parts from a variety of plastic materials and composites. CNC machining is a great solution for sourcing initial prototypes, but it can also be ideal for bridging the time gap between prototyping and full production.
We can provide rapid turnaround for many of your CNC machining needs with a very large machining area of: X1600mmY710mm Z1000mm X62" Y28" Z39" on a Parpas OMV with a Selca Haidenhain cnc control 3 axes with a tilting head.
-Cnc routing of any kind of material on our Anderson NC26154 equipped with 4 heads and a Fanuc CNC.
At EcletticoEngineering we also feature high end technology for reverse engineering.
Using an industrial optical CMM 3D Scanner to provide accurate scans with detailed resolution delivering three-dimensional measurement data and analysis for industrial components. Applications include sheet metal parts, tool and dies, prototypes, injection molded parts, castings, and more.
Instead of measuring single points or with a laser, our scanner captures an object's full surface geometry and primitives precisely in a dense point cloud or polygon mesh. Post processing of this data is just as important as capturing it. Highly accurate 3D measurements require advanced inspection and complete dimensional analysis.
Comprehensive reporting aids in bringing reverse engineered parts to life from the scan into finely finished milled parts. Whether you have a CAD design finished or need the final expertise to make your idea real we can help.
