Request For Quote- Custom CNC Routing 4 x 8 sheets Plywood

I am looking for someone that has the capability to cut 4 ft x 8 ft plywood sheets of 1/2". I am looking for the ribs on pages 2, 4 and 5. I do not have CAD drawings, just these PDf's Please let me know what more info is needed to give a guesstimate price.
