I'm developing an aluminum frame that has be be perfectly deburred and polished since it is an ornamental item. The specs are as follows:

Material: 6061 Aluminum
Quantity: 25
Lead Time: 1 week for a first proto and then 2 weeks for production run
Material: Supplied by you
Finish: Deburred, bright dip anodized
Tolerances: +- .1

Hi,

We can make your parts, the company we use for anodizing has a $100 minimum order. That will make your first part very expensive if it must be anodized.

Setup $150 (you must supply .dxf or .sldprt CAD file)
Per part $7.50 total 187.50
Anodize batch of 25 $100

Total 25 parts $437.50 prepaid Credit Card

If you can use 1/4" Material (6.35 mm +/- roll mill) then we can do this for $ 126.50/ea on any qty. We will use WFS Finish then Polish to Bright Finish. This will produce a mirror like finish (note that this will produce a wave finish, not glass like). If you have to have the full 7mm thickness then please contact me as this quote will not apply. Cad files would not be required. Holes are understood to be through. Inside and outside corner radi will need to be provided.

Anodizing will be $ 95.00/qty 10.

FOB Kansas City Missouri. Prepaid and add.

Correct and do you realize how many people make these type of mistakes?
I don't know why the competent people even bother bidding in here, I am sure
by the time an RFQ gets over 5 quotes someone will have "forgot" to charge
for material, or given away set-up, fixturing or programming time. The bad quotes make the competent people look like thieves, is that fair?

YES, I HAVE BEEN AWARE THAT THE QUOTE IS IN CM INSTEAD OF MM. I COULD NOT READ THE POOR QUALITY PDF. The customer called us and the quote was corrected, unfortunately I CANNOT EDIT THE POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
