Prototype Needed Aluminum

Default Need Aluminum parts - 1 week turnaround requested
1) Material type: 6061-T6
2) No Material Supplied by me
3) Qty 1
4) Drawings attached as pdf, dxf or solid model can be supplied.
5) Requesting 1-2 week lead time (let me know the best you can do)
6) 24 hours,
7) Full contact information will be supplied upon first contact.
8) If you the RFQ poster needs help in some of the technical areas then that should be made know initially.
9) Front face of bezel should be smooth and free of scratches and machining marks. Final finish is brushed (which I will do myself to ensure finish match, typically I use 80 grit).

This part holds a small LCD, the opening needs to be chamfered to 45 degrees. Holes are tapped blind. Tolerances can be +/-0.010", but the pocket will need to be +0.010/-0.000" to ensure fit of LCD.

This is a prototype, future orders may be in the works for batches of 25 to 50 pieces, but no guarantees.

I prefer to pay with PayPal or Credit Card.
