Prototype Needed Aluminum Adapter Prototype - RFQ

Looking for quotes based on the following:

1) Material type = 5052 or 6061 Aluminum
2) Please quote with material required.
3) Quantity = 1
4) Zipped .igs file is attached
5) Required time frame = by 2/13/2008
6) RFQ ending time = 1/4/2008
7) Full contact information will be supplied upon first contact.
8) Technical areas that should be known initially = tolerances are not critical for this part +/- .005 is fine, any questions feel free to ask.
9) Treatments/finishes = none

Brian, does the part highlighted in the attached picture absolutely need square corners? Could they instead have a small radius? This will have a big impact on pricing.

Matt, a small radius would be fine. I'm not sure how much your thinking, but anything over .015625" would be a bit overkill. Although this is a prototype I really couldn't say if that would make a huge difference or not until I try it out. If you would prefer to quote it both ways with and without thats cool too.
