I am looking for someone that can turn a aluminum 7" DIA 4" deep 6061 part. A PDF is attached that shows critical dimensions. Full drawing with dimensions can be provided. 1 piece prototype. 5-10 followup.

That makes no sense, you claim to have all these large companies as customers yet you have to give away expensive prototypes for free. I think having to give away work speaks to the quality of your workmanship or poor reputation.

I can understand why they do it, because since they're from India, I am sure people have a poor perception of companies there, even though they may actually do good work. He probably just wants to prove himself.
