I have a rush job that I need done. I need 3 of each part by next Friday.
Two of the parts require a keyway cutter (which I found in Hayward tool catalog).
I have not had a chance to make drawings for these parts, but I can tell you the critical dimensions on the parts are:
-the head bridge adapter and the mounting plate must have a friction fit (the must slide together and stay together unless you pull them apart by hand with a couple pounds of force). This means the male part must be XXX+0.001"/-0.000, and the female part must be XXX +0.000"/-0.000"
-the filter holder inside diameter is to be 0.7185" + 0.0002"/- 0.002"
-all other dimensions should be held +/- .004"
-Part material is to be black Delrin for all three parts
Please quote me also for a quantity of 10 of each with your normal lead time.
