6061 1/2" bar parts

I need the following motor mounts made. Quantity 30. Material is 6061, no finish is required, and I don't need the thickness or width dimensions any tighter than 0.020", so you can leave these the dimensions of the bar stock. Hole dimensions should be +/-0.005", with the exception of the large hole which is called out explicitly.

-You supply material.
-Please include estimated shipping cost to 98045.
-I will place order on Friday of this week, so please get me your quotes by then.
-I would like delivery by mid-August time frame.
