Request For Quote- 500 small tabs

I'd like quotes for 500 of this small tab (13 x 26mm) . I can currently get this printed in very small batches (from a hobbyist), but now I need larger quantities. Would also be interested in learning about fab'ing these via something other than 3D printing.
