Request For Quote- 250 Actuator bushings 6061

RFQ for 250 actuator bushing machined from 6061-T6 material OAL is .680”. Major OD is 1.125 x length of .170”. Minor OD is .996” x length of .510. Internal bore .355”. .01R all corners.

Acceptable tolerances are +/- .001 with the exception of the minor OD which is
.9965” / .995”. Major OD good clean up but not less than 1.120".


1) Material type 6061-T6.

2) Material to be included in quote.

3) Quantity: 250 pieces total.

4) Delivery within 2 weeks of bid award.

5) Sufficient packaging to protect finish during shipment.
