Only thing that will be difficult with this part is the blind keyway

That keyway probably needs to be burned in. We have that capability. Also, does the part have to be clocked? How far deep does the keyway go into the c'bore?

That inside key can be cut in my Shaper
But I will have to drill a hole at the end of the key for the cutting tool . Then plug the hole.

File is in the original post. It does not have to be clocked. Need the keyway as deep as possible in the bore
