TGI was established in 1997 to primarily serve the precision high temperature measurement and calibration market. TGI has been serving that industry in the machining capacity by producing custom components and equipment. This involvement with the temperature industry includes customers ranging from steel mills, glass plants, equipment manufacturers to aerospace. TGI is growing and offers it’s experience and capability to other markets. TGI has customers World wide. About 25% of TGI’s annual sales is to overseas customers. This can only be done by producing a quality product and having excellent support of that product. TGI is dedicated to producing the highest quality products and strives to provide outstanding service.
CNC CAPABLITIES:
CNC turning, New (2005) turning center with 8" chuck and 20" length capacity, with tail stock.
CNC milling, New (2005) machining center 20 x 40 x 20 with 4th axis.
MANUAL MACHINING CAPABLITIES:
Manual turning, multiple engine lathes up to 20" dia. x 54" long.

DRAFTING AND CAM:
Latest version of MasterCam for all CNC code generation. This allows us to import your drawings and generate the CNC code directly from your drawing. It also allows easy quick editing to optimize the machining process and reduce errors.
Alibre Design is used for all drafting and modeling. Drawings can be supplied in virtually any format and we can create drawings in a wide verity of formats.
