I am posting this in both the plasma and turning sections as the job requires both.
I am looking to have some pieces made to build my own forward controls for my motorcycle. The total is 4 pieces described below:
Plate 1: Plasma cut from 5/16 1018 steel, Quantity 1
Plate 2: Plasma cut from 5/16 1018 steel, Quantity 1
Peg: Turned from 30mm 1018 steel rod, Quantity 2
There is additional information regarding the specifics notated on the attached PDF which includes the designs. I apologize for the quality.
Any suggestions to reduce cost such as modifications to the design or change in material are welcomed and appreciated. Precision is not critical on the majority of the pieces with the exception of thr 'tips' of the pegs.
