1) Material type: .125 inch thick stainless steel (304 or 316), cold rolled; dull, satin or bright finish.
2) Material - supplied by vendor.
3) Quantity: 40 each, 60 each & 100 each.
4) Drawings: attached
5) Required time frame: 3 - 6 weeks.
6) RFQ ending time: 2/10/2015.

- Parts can be quoted made out of 11 gauge (.120") material if it is easier it get and/or will keep the cost down appreciably.
- Want quotes for basic shape cut out only; +/-.010 inch on outer shapes; all holes undersized by .010" to .020" as I will finish.
- Edges to be smooth'ish - I want to spend not more than a few minutes each on a belt sander (then polisher) cleaning up the edges.
- Can also be made out of bar stock IF the surface finish is equal to the sheet metal specs.
