Small Job Quote Needed Simple Mild Steel Parts

Description: I'm not a machinist and we don't have any left here but we need to replace various missing or damaged parts that we have borrowed. I understand if I am mistaken about the difficulty these parts are to make, but they appear to be quite simple.
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Preferred Payment Method: Credit Card but we're flexible.
Deadline for shipping it to us: Nov 14. Thats the shipping date, not the receiving one.
Source Country: No preference where you are from as long as you can ship to Canada with FedEx or DHL or anything similar.
Materials: You will have to get the materials for these yourself. We've been told these are "Mild Steel" / "Cold Rolled Steel" / "Carbon Steel 1018". We are unsure if there are any differences between those names but Steel 1018 should be very precise.

Don't harden/heat treat or anything special to them please. We need to give it to another shop for that.

Why don't you just purchase these from some where like MSC, J&L, or the like. They probably have better prices than most people can make them for as they get thousands. These are off the shelf items.
