advice on radii economically do-able in corners etc. Square corners and edges acceptable, inner/outer corners (top view) may be radiused as do-able.

Tolerances are not critical. +- 0.01 or reasonably as do-able is acceptable. If do-able, better accuracy on the outer face would be beneficial.
Our suggestion is to mill a single block of material eg. 2.5" deep to the required contours inside and out, then wire cut or etc. the 4 individual pieces from the block.
