I'm on the E Coast; I would prefer not to work with someone on the W Coast due to shipping expenses.
If you have a source for 4140 or similar, please quote material and turning separately. If not, I will provide the material as either 1045 or W1 (annealed); please quote machining only.
Qty will be approx 20 each depending on optimal material usage (i.e. if you can get 12' sticks, we'll do 2 sticks; if you can get 20' sticks, we'll do 1 stick). If I provide material, it will be 3' or 6' sticks.
Finish quality can me semi-rough; comparable to an 80-grit abrasive.
We can use my UPS account to ship back.
