You don't show any chamfers on the I.D. or the O.D. Little details like these can make a difference in the cost. I can't compete with China or India on these, however, I will give you a fair American price. Please give every detail that you would require for these parts.

I don't get how a USA company can under cut the Chinese guy by over 50%.
Even the perfect machine is going to consume some tooling if run at any speed
and the material is about 30-40 cents each, what gives????

i have made these parts before for mike over at MC MotorSport. this guy must be real desprate to bid $.05 i made them out of 303. these bungs get welded in a manifold and they screw a o2 sensor into it. i gave the guy ar a great price but still no responce.

you can't make these for 0.90 and stay in business either.

I am using 6 and 5 spindle automatic barloaders, this job runs extremely fast. .90 is prime for this job on a screw machine. I mean it's not like I'm spending 45 seconds a piece on these.

hopefully you don't have a machine payment on your 5 and 6 spindle machine. i could understand making these at .90 if your making about 50,000 of them. i agree my material cost on these was .40-.45
