I have a small project and need some small parts cut, biggest is like 400mm long and 36mm wide, basically from :
-14 pieces from 10mm 6061 aluminum
-1 piece from 5mm 6061 aluminum
-1 piece 2mm Delrin or similar
-1 piece 1mm Delrin or similar
-8 piece from 20mm stainless
I made the original drawing with Sketchup and hired some time wasting designers.
So, i have the DFX files of all the parts.
I can send you the drawings in PDF altogether grouped as materials/, what i managed to do with Solid works today/, a sample file from what i have in DXF. A small text file explaining with 2 words the parts.
what i need is the parts made from the files i provide you / DXF/ or pointing me to sb who can prepare them for you 100%.
what i would like is:
1. Price of all the parts + shipped to Spain
2. Aproximate price of X 100 ordered
3. Do you offer it or have sb. to subcontrat for further machining the parts/ basically threading the holes, making beads for the countersunc screws, 2 parts have to be machined further with 2 semi holes/cavities- 22mm and 30mm, and finally anodized to black. the order will be by the 50 or 100 pieces or whatever quantity better suits you and me.
