I am looking for a quote on turning and grinding 6150 bar stock down to 15.94 mm +0/-.03. These are going to be in varying lengths between 2 1/2" to the longest being 7 3/4". There are a total of 29 different lengths. All the lengths add up to just about 20 ft. When they are done they cannot have centers. Please quote price with you supplying materials.

What condition 6150? Annealed or heat treated? 6150 is uncommon in small round bar. How about 4140 or 4340 instead?

4140 could work for this application as well. It is a grind finish of .8
