Hi,
I'm looking to get quotes on this part:

I don't know much about machining but can imagine that this will involve turning and milling.
I'm looking to get this done from this material:
http://k-mac-plastics.net/Nylon-zytel-rod.htm
or something similar.
I will also appreciate a quote in 6061 aluminum.
Tight corners can be simplified, tolerance is not that important here, since the part will be hand shaped later.
I need 6 pieces.

Yes. Without EDM the coners will have to be modified. Here is what I see. The height of the inner cylinder is .875 and the linear length of the inner radius of one whole is .2138. Would a .0625 radiused corners be ok? Even if it is ive never used a .125 diameter end mill that long but whats your answer? Itll be a start.
