Thank you for your review of this RFQ:
1) Material type is Makrolon Polycarbonate Plastic - http://www.plastics.bayer.com/en/Products/Makrolon.aspx
2) I can ship plastic to you – you can also add it to quote
3) Quantity is 200
4) Drawings/Prints located at: https://drive.google.com/a/snfcc.com/folderview?id=0B31HoYRn0uEzUXJrRHBoNXdwSFk&usp=sharing#
5) 2 Week Turnaround requested for parts – not INCL shipping time
6) Quotes must be received by 1/15/14
7) Parts cut from .5” stock from supplier – finishing to the .495” tolerances is not required (as shown in document).
8) Chamfer can be manually applied – no sharp edges is what matters most
9) Please provide quotes for tapped parts, and for drilled but not tapped parts.
I’m open to reduction in tolerances for reduction in pricing, let me know what you think, or which tolerances you would like reconsidered.
The link to drawings above contains PDF, DWG, STL, IGES parts. Please note – dowel pin insertion is completed by the customer, unless you really want to install one.
I’ve had success on RFQWORK getting parts completed in the past, and I hope to do the same this time.
Please do not email to request prints/drawings already available via the link above, do contact me if you need clarifications, or a drawing format that is not currently posted.
