I suppose all dimansions are in mm. how thick is the plate and what are the tolerances?

One decimal place is .3 mm .

Two decimal place .1 mm .

Wouldn't you be better off to have this waterjet cut or laser cut? The setups in milling are going to drive prices up significantly.
