CNC rectangular holes

I need 8 pcs total, 4 left, 4 right. The only process required is 64 (16 groups of 4 over 16.000") through rectangle holes size(.240x.140 w/ .031R corner) per part .070 thick. Material will be supplied and is 6061- T6. Tolerance +/- .005". Required delivey date no later than Monday morning (11/21/16) Located in OC California.
