These items are required by April 30th no later. Mill and Lathe CNC...The awarded company will be given the work with all the IGS files provided. You will need to make your own tool pathing.

The wall thickness is very thin on a few items, so keep this in mind.

If you have any questions please email asap. The tolerences are critical.
thank you

Do you have any larger drawings, I cannot read the tolerances?

Also would step files be available?

Thanks!

I too have a request. Could you send the models as STEP and also could you send the print files as DXF files. This would make life so much easier. My email is besc@northcoast.com Thanks. Mike.

DXF & IGES files will be a great help, is there a possibility of these been made available?

Need to adjust you lead time if possible.

If you could allow 6 week delivery then I would be happy to quote these
parts. We bill after delivery with an approved account and specialize in
work like this. Your lead time requested will drive the cost up more than
needed for quality work.

We can make your parts, however I cannot read your pdf files. Call our office because we need more information regarding your company. The time involved in quoting these parts is substantial and we run into alot of flakes on the internet and need to verify your intentions, sorry but that is how the internet thing is.

I agree with previous post.

I agree with being wary of internet RFQ's. It's been my experience that
when the lead time is too short, someone hasn't delivered on time and is
looking for a bail out without considering prompt payment. It helps to give
at least an indication of your company name in post and a short explaination
of why there is a short turn around time. I'm sure alot of us here have dealt with rush jobs that have cost money rather than make money.

response?

Has anyone heard back from this poster, or has contact info. If they really need parts by 4/30 then one would think a response is in order.

Not just flakes on the internet.
I got screwed by a somewhat local company called from the yellow pages and gave me a silky smooth RFQ.
