Lead Time: at least 2 weeks
I will supply material. 1/2 by 3 1/2 bar stock.
No finish is required and all dimensions are +- .005

Depending upon the tolerances, especially edge taper and surface finish tolerances, this might be made cheaper on a waterjet.

If you end up accepting quotes from both waterjet and milling houses, it would be great if you would post the *rough* range of quotes you get for comparison.

Thanks to everyone who quoted here or in private messages. I will give out the job in the next day or two to someone on this board.

I will be posting some other work too. I also gave this address to someone who sends work out and they will have some work to post too. They are looking for someone who can turn up to 3.750 hex stock (1018 CRS) 6.000 long and put some pipe threads inside and out. Let me know if anyone is interested.
