Hi Ku,


It's hard to mill square corners. I would suggest specifying a minimum radius or a note to relief the corners.

If you need square corners, I think you'll have better luck looking someone with a press. Finally, if this is for a school project, you might be able to find someone to donate the parts (tax write-off).

I would recommend either water jet or laser for this if the corners must be square.
