Small Job Quote Needed Two Steel round bars

I two pieces of 1.25" long round bar turned to 1.40" wide. Then I need a rectangle milled into the center measuring .75" wide and 1 inch deep.

I attached a picture of my design (not to scale but it gets the idea across).

No finish required, cold rolled steel, and not sure about tolerances. Whatever is standard I suppose.

The sooner the better on the timeline.
