Hi, I'm after a quote for some parts to make up a pair of assembly brackets.
First post - so I guess I'll follow the sticky:
1) Material type Aluminium (aluminum ) 6061
2) Is a material quote required or is material supplied. Nope, the material would have to be included in the quote
3) Quantity Multiple:
"Back Plate 1" - 2 off
"Back Plate 2" - 2 off
"Base Plate" - 2 off
"Holders" - 24 off
"Mount" - 2 off
4) Drawings should be immediately available or necessary specs. Attached. It's been a while since I did drawings, so just let me know if I've missed anything Assembly: http://img820.imageshack.us/img820/3716/assemblyi.jpg
5) Required time frame September / October 2012
6) RFQ ending time End of August
7) Full contact information should be supplied upon first contact by email from both parties, neither should have to reply to @.com
8) If you the RFQ poster needs help in some of the technical areas then that should be made know initially. As mentioned above, been a while since I did CAD drawings, so may need help with some technical aspects...?
9) Make known any special treatments/finishes not necessarily related to the machining process. The parts are to be anodized black... This can be a separate operation by a different company. So, if you can do it - please add it as a separate item. If not, then no worries.
Final part -I'm in the UK (England), around the Newcastle area.
Thanks
James
