Machinist Needed Super Opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator

Manufacturer of Invert-A-Bolt(tm) Fasteners and related tooling is seeking a qualified CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent). We are seeking a smart, conscientious, good natured, motivated individual that not only produces quality parts but has a view to a bigger future.

We are located in beautiful North Texas near the University of North Texas at Denton and the Texas Women's University. See the attachment for more information on our company.

1st shift only, immediate position
Set-up machine(s) by installing and adjusting holding tools, attachments, collets, bushings, inserts etc.
Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
Capable of performing complex work, holding close tolerances (+/-.0003) and performing some manual programming such as control and offset changes. Ability to program with M & G codes.
Maintains equipment (and surroundings) by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; performing repairs or calling for repairs (management approval) and performing weekly cleaning.
Load / Unload programs using PC interface.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains documentation regarding actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Create standard operating procedures for this position.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Job Requirements modified as required.
Ability to operate more than one machine at a time.
Ability to use CAD software for modeling. Ability to use CAM software for programming.
Ability to lift 60 lbs. Bar stock and move it to the bar feeder. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to shovel chips and move to segregated barrels.
Tasks/ assignments may be modified as required.

Knowledge of milling machines a plus. Knowledge and use of G/M code programming a plus. Supervisory/ Management experience a plus. Off-line CNC type programming a plus. Background check will be performed prior to interview.

Would you guys be interested in outsourcing some work i have more than what the qualifications are required and also have a mill and a lathe and a whole full working machine shop manual and cnc lathes and mills
