Simple Aluminium repeat work turning/milling UK based

Need a price for the attached components preferably from a UK based company? We make these in house currently but are looking to sub them out. Initial quantity of 20 off then regular orders thereafter.

1. Material: 6082 T6 general grade Aluminium
2. Material supplied by company making them
3. Qty – 20 off
4. First lot machined within 3 weeks
5. Initial quotes within 5 days please

Currently we get 60 x 60mm square aluminium barstock. We skim the outside 4 sides clean for a nice finish as the final op.

There are no tolerances on the dwg, they are not critical components and the bore sizes are just clearance so +/- 0.25mm is fine.

Maybe someone with live tooling can do them in one hit.

thanks for the replies and apologies for any delay in responding to the topic.

We have decided after some discussion to get these gravity die cast rather than machined from solid stock, after the initial investment in the tool the cost per casting is circa £3 so it makes economical sense to go that route.
