We are wondering what material to use to make our molds from. We would like to see the cost/part if we are to use an Al alloy or a low carbon steel. We want to know a rough estimate for now in batches of 10, 100, or 1000 parts. This part is 8in diameter and 1.5 inches deep. PM me for cad file or drawings.

If you haven't fulfilled this yet I can take a look and find out what it would cost. We are a small CNC & Tig shop in Frederick Md, so we can keep prices down and shipping should be cheep considering you're in Pittsburgh. Send over a cad file if your'e still looking.
