My name is Steve Kotlowski and I am co-owner of PartsBadger. PartsBadger is a custom prototype and machining company based in Milwaukee, WI. We specialize in single piece or small batch orders, but are more than capable of handling full production needs for any project. One of the key ideas behind PartsBadger is our Instant Quotes and online ordering. At PartsBadger you can enter a few dimensions, choose material and finish type, upload your design file and instantly see exactly what your order will cost.
We have multiple 5-axis machines which can handle just about any project. We offer a standard 14 day lead time, and a 7 day lead time if needed. All of our parts are production grade and are triple quality checked for accuracy versus your original design file.
Our Instant Quote system simplifies machining in to a handful of categories based on the amount of machining required. Because we were able to simplify this process we have the ability to provide Instant Quotes online. A side effect, lower costs. We are confident that our pricing structure can deliver the lowest prices for your project, at times even compared to having a in-house CNC machine and technician.
