I have two parts of a larger project I am working on but do not have the capability to do knurling.
The first part is a 6061 aluminum thumb screw (red anodized). Thread is 1/4-20 and the head has a female knurl pattern. It is important that the knurl match closely to the part in the attached picture.
The second part is a brass knob. It is internally threaded with 1/4-20 and has a male knurl pattern. Again, it is important to match the attached picture.
I am looking for a quote for 25 of each piece right now. If you can do the anodizing also, please quote that as well. I can have the anodizing done local if you can not anodize.
(I have been trying to get these made for a few months but so far I haven't found any takers. There must be someone who can do these.)
