I have the material, and it's not going to be economical to ship, so the shop I choose will need to be reasonably close to my shop, zip 94070.

1) Material: 6061-T6 3.5" diameter.
2) Material supplied.
3) Please quote for 100 pc.
4) Please see drawing.
5) Required time frame: 08-07-08
6) RFQ ending time: 07-25-08
7) No Finish.

I apologize for the amateurish drawing. The only features I consider close are the center bores ~.512" (for 13mm bearing, within .001" on diameter, maybe .003" on depth). The rest can be plus or minus .005". The part is symmetrical. I don't have experience in calling out finish requirements, but I need a reasonably good 'looking' finish.

There will also be a similar (slightly easier) part to be run right after this part. Same quantity, material, etc.

The drawing is not too bad, but I can't seem to find the depth of the 2.735 bore
and not sure what the vertical line running from the 2.735 to .810 dia represents. Since it says "wheel" I would assume a tire fits over the outside?
I would ask for a 63 finish or better on exposed areas, that should be sufficient.
