Here is a drawing of what I am looking for. I would like to get one pair made initially for test. Subsequent orders will be made in quantities of 10 pair each.

Material for initial will be A36 Steel or similar. Free machining alloys (12L45, 1144, etc.) are acceptable for initial part, but not for production run.

I would like you to supply material for the initial pieces. We can develop a process for production runs.

If you would like to omit the half dovetail for the prototype, please indicate that in your quote. Do not include shipping.

I am looking to get started on this pretty quickly, 7 days is what I'm shooting for. If you don't have material pricing by then, let me know what you have.

Thanks,

Fegenbush

You definately need a bottom view in order for us to know what is going on Section AA is kind of confusing and where aexactly teh features of section BB and CC are, is not shown anywhere on the drawing. All thsi would be cleared up if you had a bottom view.

I have added the bottom view and tolerance block. I should mention that machine marks are acceptable every surface and a 125 finish is what I was envisioning.

How important is that 7.5 degree angle in detail D? looks like an expensive feature.

If you would like to omit the dovetail portion and make it a 3/4" straight groove, that is acceptable for the prototype for sure. Testing will be required before I can say if it is possible to omit it from the production run.
